Shelia was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her services, especially if you are relocating. She was so patient with us trying to decide what type of home we actually wanted for our retirement and what location. She worked with us a year before we actually bought, showing us all around Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, helping us narrow down our search. Her knowledge of the area and advice were very helpful in our decision making. When we narrowed down our area and I flew into town to view properties she lined up all the showings I requested and spent time with me at each property. When it came time to make an offer she helped me line up financing, the house inspection and all the details. She was always a pleasure to work with.
